Last week, we hosted the MISO workshop and were pleased to see engaging discussions and valuable exchanges throughout the session.
A total of 40 participants joined to share experiences, compare strategies, and discuss the practical challenges encountered when developing and deploying new technologies to measure CO2 and CH4, especially in hard-to-reach areas.
During the workshop, we presented MISO results (https://miso.nilu.no/) to scientific communities, stakeholders, and potential end users. We also discussed how to apply MISO technologies (https://miso.nilu.no/technologies/) to acquire GHG datasets to address climate change effects, towards policy making and development of sustainable competitiveness.
We received very constructive feedback, helping bring the community closer to a common understanding of GHG measurements to address Arctic & Wetland Carbon Budgets.
