🌍 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐚

On 18–19 February, the MISO partners gathered at CNR’s headquarters in Bologna, Italy, for two productive days of technical discussions and strategic planning as we enter the final phase of the project.

We aligned on progress and next steps, with strong focus on 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of MISO technologies.

Key topics included:
• Deployment of sensors, Gas Ambient Monitor & Flux Chambers
• UAV-based GHG monitoring
• Energy harvesting and communication systems
• Robust operation in remote Arctic and wetland environments
• Integration of sensors, data pipelines, and users into end-to-end GHG services

🔬 We also advanced plans for upcoming scientific publications and discussed the state of the Arctic and wetland carbon budget.

🎯 The meeting reinforced our shared goal: delivering a fully autonomous multi-format in-situ platform for CO and CH monitoring in challenging environments.

🤝 Thank you to all MISO partners for the continued collaboration, and a special thank you to CNR and Federico Dallo for hosting us and for the excellent organization.
